1. Purpose

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted for products and services purchased from TaxPro Software Solutions. By purchasing our software, coaching, or services, you agree to the following terms.

2. General Refund Terms

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital products, software licenses, and proprietary materials, we do not offer refunds once:

  • Software access has been granted or login credentials have been issued.
  • Onboarding has begun and/or proprietary materials (templates, documents, training) have been delivered.
  • You have participated in any part of the training or onboarding sessions.

3. Eligibility for Refund (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refund requests may only be considered if:

  • No software access was provided.
  • No onboarding or support has begun.
  • You submit a written refund request within 24 hours of purchase and have not accessed any part of the services or software.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Failure to provide the required verification documents (Driverā€™s License, PTIN, EFIN) after purchase does not entitle you to a refund.
  • If you voluntarily choose not to proceed with onboarding after purchase, no refunds will be issued.
  • If your application is denied due to non-compliance with IRS or internal eligibility requirements, no refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind or personal circumstances.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or dispute without following the refund process will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any further access to services. We reserve the right to take legal action for false claims or chargebacks.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any changes.
