By accessing, purchasing, or using any product or service provided by TaxPro Software Solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use or purchase our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our tax software and services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold an active and valid Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
  • Provide documentation verifying your eligibility, including:
    • Valid Government-Issued ID (Driver’s License or Passport)
    • PTIN Confirmation Letter (Active Status)
    • EFIN Application Summary (IRS approval letter)

Failure to provide these documents may result in termination of access without refund.

3. Verification and Compliance

As a condition of onboarding and service use, you are required to submit the necessary documentation listed above. This ensures compliance with IRS regulations, anti-fraud measures, and industry standards.

By submitting your documents, you authorize TaxPro Software Solutions to:

  • Verify your identity and eligibility.
  • Maintain your records securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.



4. License and Access

Upon successful verification and payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the software and resources for your tax business only.

You may not:

  • Share or resell the software.
  • Provide unauthorized access to third parties.
  • Use the software for unlawful purposes.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • No refunds will be issued once:
    • Access to the software has been granted.
    • The onboarding process has begun.
    • Any proprietary material, documents, or systems have been delivered.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the software and services without refund if you:

  • Fail to provide accurate or complete onboarding documents.
  • Violate any terms in this Agreement.
  • Engage in fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activities.

8. Intellectual Property

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia
